Senate Bill 19-013.�This bill may impact how you are currently managing prospective hires and volunteers. Therefore, BIS strongly encourages that you review the bill, and consult with an attorney or your legal department to determine how to adjust your policies.�
The bill adds a condition for which a physician could prescribe an opiate to the list of disabling medical conditions that authorize a person to use medical marijuana for his or her condition.�
