On May 23, 2019, Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed�Senate Bill 19-013.�This bill may impact how you are currently managing prospective hires and volunteers. The bill adds a condition for which a physician could prescribe an opiate to the list of disabling medical conditions that authorize a person to use medical marijuana for his or her condition.�
