Items of note in these bills:

• Landlords who own more than five single-family homes must provide notice ten days before evicting a tenant.
• Landlords who own less than five single-family homes must provide notice five days before evicting a tenant.
• Expansion of the definition of habitability, and the requirements associated with habitability.
