If you have not reviewed the requirements outlined in the CCPA, BIS highly recommends that you review with your legal team or department before January 1, 2020 to determine if any of it applies to your organization and daily operations. BIS has reviewed the CCPA, and we are compliant with requirements that apply in our transactions with you and your applicants.
