*8/7/24: In late June, Cobb County courts started implementing a new electronic case management system. However, the transition has not gone as planned. The court has been notified that the case information on the new system, including filing dates and case numbers, is incorrect. Additionally, some cases that should be available for viewing on the system are completely unavailable. The legacy system is still functioning, and other sites used to conduct searches, but it is unclear at this time to what extent any of those sites have been impacted by the issues brought about by the transition. Please expect delays as the court continues to assess and work through these issues. |
